Every single living thing on Earth thirsts for Spiritual Attention, Growth & Touch. As food and water are life-giving forces so is our need for our Spiritual Self to be recognized, cared for, nurtured and desired.

Healers see the body mind and spirit as one interdependent unit and believe all three must work in harmony to maintain positive health. Any problem - be it a broken leg or depression needs the power of healing to restore the balance of the whole person. It is felt that sickness often starts in the mind, or at the deeper level of the spirit, and it is often here that healing begins.

I believe that everyone has a healing mechanism that flows as an energy force around the body, mind and spirit to keep them in perfect order. Unfortunately, stress, an inadequate diet, a negative attitude and other adverse factors can block our healing mechanism so that it cannot function correctly and we get ill. Spiritual healing provides the energy needed to crank our own healing mechanism back into action. When a I lay my hand on you, I only act as a conductor or channel for the healing energy which I believe has the "intelligence" to go where it is needed.

Typically, to begin the treatment I will attune your body with the healing energy. This involves scanning your body with my hands hovering just above you. This scanning is to take a reading of your body's energy levels and to locate areas of low or blocked energy where healing is needed. How long I spend on each area is determined by your body's needs. Generally, the session lasts about an hour. All healers work in this way, but some employ additional healing tools such as visualization, past lives therapy, aura healing or they may concentrate on using the "chakras" the seven main energy centers of the body.

I believe entirely in the connection you and I will create through the transfer of energies. All life is made of energy and the transference of energy between two people can be extremely profound. I believe in the need for touch during a spiritual healing session because of the body's need for it. Far more often than not, spiritual depression stems directly from the lack of touch either during your present time or from a lack of the nurturing touch that all children must have to sustain a healthy emotional growth. This lack of nurturing touch will affect the rest of your decisions and choices throughout your life. Be it an inability to show affection or receive it.

Spiritual Touch Massage can include many forms of touch. This can include an extremely light touch (Esalen), which is so relaxing and comforting. Rocking, which will elicit feelings of the nurturing heartbeat that we so naturally adore and immediately relax to.
During the treatment you may feel heat coming from my hands, although some people feel a draught, a tingling sensation, pins and needles, or a feeling of light-headedness. Afterwards, most people say they feel relaxed and peaceful, although you might feel thirsty or sleepy. Leave a few days or a week between sessions to give the healing time to work.
The very core of what I do is based on a pure Energy Exchange. Nothing can happen before this. To achieve a positive energy exchange a few things MUST take place. Trust is paramount, meaning that you must trust my touch and my control in order to give into it. The Art of Touch is based on a connection between you and I.
I have said and explained a great deal thus far. I now want to just re-affirm what it all means as far as a session is concerned. First and foremost you must understand that Sensuality is at the heart of everything that I do. I believe entirely that Sensuality is the basis of which all life exists.

All of the information that I have given you so far regarding:
Sensual Reiki, Uncomplicated Giving, Lingam Adoration, Tantric Touch, Esalen Massage, Spirituality & Sacred Spot Massage are extreme and intense ways of relaxation. What I do essentially is take a bit of ALL of them and according to your need, desire and reaction a unique session is created. They are all extremely important in explaining to you my frame of mind. I have taken from each what is personally desirable to me and incorporated them into a session.
I have taken quite a few years to learn myself, understand myself and most importantly embrace every part of myself with the radiance we are all born with. I take all of these feelings and gently pass them into and on to you. I adapt to your movements, your muscle reflexes, your sighs, and the energy that you let go of. The only way I can do this is by getting to know you and your body.

I do this in a few ways. Immediately I learn a great deal about you and your state-of-mind from the very second I meet you. I do not come to you with any preconceived notions or ideas. I do not have a menu or list. Think of a cup that is completely full maybe even to the point of overflowing, this is what I call daily life. When we are together I feel as if we are tricking daily life. That we are stealing a part of time that which does not normally exist. But we found it and I take full advantage of this. This is when the creation of passion starts. I have an abundance of patience and love and use every ounce of it with the sole intention of emptying your cup. That is not a metaphor for anything. It is actually essential to release your mind so that your body will follow. To do this takes time, love, tenderness and an extremely gentle touch. When your cup (mind) is empty that is when we begin to fill it back up free of negative energy.

I'm an extremely affectionate woman and therefore am not reserved in showing it to you immediately. A hug is a very intimate exchange, one I cherish almost above all else. Each practitioner has their own energy and passion that is entirely based on the energy exchange between client and masseuse.

I have learned so much through the Art Of Touch but I believe the most honest statement I can make without hesitation or doubt is that the balance between Men and Women and the giving and receiving of LOVE is what makes this life eternal and by far the most rewarding.
